Meditation for Happiness and How to Stay Calm


Happiness is a choice...maintain it with a couple simple steps

It's nothing new to feel like we're in the dumps about whatever may be bothering us. We will always have something to feel down about, but we do have a clear choice to begin to let happiness seep in and learning how to maintain that feeling isn't just something you simply do.
